Classes with Weight Training & Cardio Emphasis

Body BLAST: A FULL body workout, which strengthens, tones, improves your cardio and increases lean muscle on the body. This class is designed for ALL fitness levels.

Kettle Bell: This class focuses on CORE STRENGTH, HIGH CARDIO and FUNCTIONAL BODY MOVEMENTS! It’s a total body EXPLOSION! Kettle Bell is a SYSTEM SHOCKER that helps lose weight and burn calories… up to 24 hours after the class!

TRX:  Regardless of where you are on the fitness spectrum, TRX will give you a fast, fun and highly effective workout.  Using suspension training straps and bodyweight movements, TRX will tone all of the major muscles groups and even the muscles you forgot you had! Limited space. First come, first serve.

Slide ‘N’ Glide: Want a heart pumping, muscle toning workout? S ‘N’ G is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that can improve balance, strength, and endurance. Using soft gliders to perform each movement helps to tone multiple muscle groups including the glutes and legs while stabilizing the core and burning fat. Have some fun and your workout will just ‘glide’ by!

Classes with Cardio Emphasis

SPIN:  This is the perfect class to learn the basics of spin while working at a moderate level.  Controlling your own intensity and speed allows you to continually progress forward to a higher fitness level!

HIIT: HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a fat burning workout that alternates between intense bursts of exercises and fixed periods of less-intense exercises or rest!  Make sure you bring water!

ZUMBA®: This Latin-inspired, easy to follow, dance-fitness party exhilarates your senses and works all your major muscle groups in a high-energy cardio blast! It will leave you feeling invigorated, refreshed and full of life! Enjoy the exotic rhythms like salsa, merengue, cumbia and samba… all set to sexy Latin and International beats! There’s no other fitness class like the Zumba Fitness-PartyTM!!

Circuit & Killer Circuit: These classes involve body conditioning training through resistance training and high-intensity aerobics. A variety of exercises done in succession/repetition for a certain period of time! It’s a great way to develop strength and cardiovascular endurance!

Psycho Cycle (Intervals): This 45-60 minute class maximizes caloric burn by focusing on both aerobic and anaerobic training through challenging interval drills. Be sure to bring a towel and a water bottle- You’ll NEED it!

SPIN + ABS: Tone up your gluteus, legs, and abs with this 45-minute class! Water bottle and towel are required.

Get SPUN: Get ready for a fun, energetic, heart-pounding routine! This low-impact class will have you pedaling to the beat of the music while burning calories and toning your muscles! All levels welcome!

Classes with Stretch and Strength Emphasis

Barre (Flex & Flow): A pre-choreographed routine utilizing a resistance band for efficient aerobic and strength training. Deep muscle toning with the fluidity of dance, the flexibility of yoga, and the core strengthening of pilates.  This dynamic class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

YOGA: With the emphasis on safety and alignment, this class offers challenging sequences designed to help de-stress while developing strength, core strength, endurance, flexibility, and breath awareness.  Modifications will be offered… allowing everyone to work within their limits, at their own pace by making it appropriate for students of all levels.  Leave feeling stronger, centered, and refreshed.  Mat and water recommended.  Sign up at Front Desk.

Hot YOGA: Sweat. Stretch. Strengthen. Smile.  Mat, water, and towel recommended.  Sign up at Front Desk.

Hard'Core'/ Abs & Glutes: Work your abdominals and gluteus in this 30 min class!  It’s a different class every time…. as we will keep you, your abdominals guessing each class! You won’t get used to this workout!!
